Us Our company has been established for 18+ years in NZ and has had a company in Melbourne for 15 years, Wilson Engineering Systems Pty Ltd, which is managed by Craig Campbell. We specialise in offering turnkey solutions almost 100% in the timber industry and focus on the Project management, design and site supervision aspects of the project. We contract out manufacturing, and work with local manufacturing companies. We have supplied 2 log merchandisers within NZ to extract veneer peeler logs, namely for Juken Nissho in Gisborne, and Carter Holt Harvey for their LVL plant in NZ. We have also supplied a number of log sorters over the years in both countries, and are presently working on the design of a high capacity log merchandiser in NZ that processes 20 meter stems at a volume of 1,000,000 m3 per year. We represent a number of companies which allows us to incorporate the very latest and best technologies. One such company is Nicholson Manufacturing of Canada whom manufacture log debarkers, and they have supplied several debarking eucalypt logs, including one such machine at Kinleith in NZ. From other suppliers we have access to the latest bucking designs, 3D scanning and optimisation, including X-ray scanning and many others to chip or further process the cores and veneer waste. In addition to the merchandising plant that we supplied Carter Holt Harvey, we supplied the core processing and chipping, screening and chip storage facilities. Please see photographs shown of that plant for reference. In Tasmania we have worked with Norske Skog (Boyer plant), French Enterprises, Auspine, FEA and others. In addition to what we can offer, we have two sister companies, Vortex Engineering Ltd (NZ) and Fowlerex Technologies (Sydney), both of whom offer filtration systems, heat recovery and environmental systems.
