When Alex Wilson founded
Wilson Engineering Systems in 1987 he knew he wanted to build on his
long-held commitment to the timber processing industry and set new
standards of service in meeting the needs of timber processors.
Fifteen years later, Wilson
Engineering Systems has won a solid reputation for offering customers a
total solutions approach to their wood processing needs, not only in New
Zealand but in Australia, the Pacific and beyond.

Systems prides itself on its own range of log handling systems and
specifically designed sawmill equipment, drawing on our practical
experience in the demanding sawmill environment. All Wilson
equipment is manufactured by specialist fabricators to our own strict
quality standards. These include the Wilson
heavy duty log carriage, Wilson
headrig slabber, log decks, conveyors and transfers, and many other
items, all featuring rugged construction and modular control systems of
maximum productivity.
