The versatile disc chipper that makes pulpchips from single or multiple whole logs, slabs and wastewood.

The Nicholson Whole Log & Wastewood Disc Chipper is designed for multi-stem feeding of whole logs and combination applications where several forms of furnish are available.

This chipper processes both hardwoods and softwoods.

The large infeed spout, located under the shaft, stabilises multiple fed material and orients it for maximum chip uniformity.

The knife and holder system is designed for easy service and all components can be replaced without machining or adjustment.

Knives are babbitted to a single fixed length after resharpening.  Chip length is controlled by simply adding or removing knife holder shims.
